Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is generally considered the minimum requirement.

Key Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Analysis: Developing and implementing financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Financial Reporting: Preparing and analyzing financial statements, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Risk Management: Identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks. Cash Flow Management: Overseeing and managing the company's cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability. Investment Strategies: Evaluating and recommending investment opportunities. Financial Operations: Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and tax. Team Leadership: Hiring, training, and managing the finance team. Strategic Financial Planning: Contributing to the company's overall strategic direction and financial goals. Stakeholder Communication: Communicating financial performance and strategy to executives, investors, and other stakeholders. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.

Required Skills: Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques. Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall goals. Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and present financial information clearly.
